Dr. Abigail Judge co-founded and leads Boston HEAT. She is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist who divides her time between Boston HEAT, private practice, and Massachusetts General Hospital. As a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, she teaches students, residents, and fellows. In addition, Dr. Judge is a consultant and expert who speaks locally and nationally about human trafficking and drug addiction to diverse audiences.
In 2024, Dr. Judge received an FBI Community Leadership Award for her service to survivors of sex trafficking. In addition, she was named an ATLIS Fellowship from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Trafficking in Persons.
Sandra Andrade co-leads Boston HEAT and is the Senior Peer Avocate at the Dee Kennedy Family Justice Center at Dorchester and Roxbury District Courts. Ms. Andrade has worked with sexually exploited women for more than five years in diverse settings. She is an invited member of the Governor's Human Trafficking Subcommittee and her peer advocacy at Boston HEAT was honored with a 2024-25 ATLIS Fellowship from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Servies Office of Trafficking in Persons.
Bridget O'Kelley volunteers for Boston HEAT where she helps operate their nighttime secure space and street outreach programs. She earned her BA from Harvard College in 2023 and works at the Recovery Research Institute and Center for Addiction Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
